Rajasthan LDC Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions related to nationality, age, and educational qualifications before applying.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have passed Senior Secondary (12th) from a recognised board along with working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthan culture. A valid computer qualification such as RSCIT, DOEACC/NIELIT (O/A/B/C Level), COPA, DPCS, or equivalent is mandatory.

The selection for Clerk Grade-II (LDC) and Junior Assistant posts will be done in a few steps. Candidates will move to the next stage only if they perform well in the previous one.

Stage 1 – Written Exam: RSSB will conduct a written test for all eligible candidates. The exam will be held offline and will consist of multiple-choice questions.

Stage 2 – Typing Test: Candidates who pass the written exam will be asked to take a typing test in both Hindi and English.

Rajasthan LDC Salary Details 2026

Candidates selected for the posts of Clerk Grade-II (LDC) and Junior Assistant will first serve a probation period of two years. During this period, they will be paid a fixed monthly salary as decided by the government.

Once probation period is completed, the regular salary will be given under Pay Level-5. In addition to the basic salary, also employees will receive other benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and additional allowances according to Rajasthan Government rules.
